Aquamoves, Shepparton’s premier leisure centre, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to help us deliver our vision: to be a hub of health and wellbeing by motivating and educating our community to enjoy healthy, active, happy, and connected lives.

Position Details

Days: Thursdays and Fridays

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Location: Aquamoves, Shepparton VIC

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

Lead and support the Customer Service Front Desk team and one Work Group Officer

Collaborate across departments including:

Health and Wellbeing

Aquatics (Program and Education)

Revenue and Engagement

Ensure our guests receive personalised, supportive service that exceeds expectations

Contribute to our mission of improving the health of the Shepparton community, one individual at a time
