QUALIFIED HEAD CHEF NEEDED

We have a great team of chefs in our kitchen, but we are now looking for a Head Chef to manage our brigade.

This is a salaried position.

You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring a smooth operation. Other duties include stock ordering, rosters and menus. A current Food Safety Certificate is a requirement along with previous experience in a similar role.

The position will cover a minimum of 5 days per week, lunch & dinner service plus splits shifts.

Employment conditions and remuneration will be negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The position brings an opportunity to join a great team and bring new ideas to a freshly renovated locally owned pub.

You will also be given the opportunity to hire chefs, kitchen hands & cooks to your own brigade, but we first need an energetic and inspired Head Chef to lead the way.
