About The Role:

We are seeking a Factory Hand / Shutter Assembly & Installer to assist with both the manufacturing and on-site installation of plantation shutters.
This role offers great variety — working both in our factory and out on the road — with opportunities to learn new skills, take on responsibility, and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of plantation shutters

Operating factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Using hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, and assembly

Installing plantation shutters on-site at residential and commercial properties

Handling and transporting shutters to job sites with care

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Providing friendly, professional service to customers when on-site

Supporting other team members as required

About You:

Experience in manufacturing, trade, or installation work is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided to the right candidate.
You’ll be practical, reliable, and take pride in producing and installing quality products.

Requirements:

Reliability and punctuality are essential

Current Driver’s Licence (required for travel to sites)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Team player who can also work independently when needed
