Frontline Human Resources (FHR) is seeking motivated and reliable Factory Hands to join our client's manufacturing site in Cardiff. This hands-on role involves assembling doors, drawers, and shower screens for the residential building industry.

About the role

• Casual, ongoing work with immediate start
  
• Monday to Friday roster (day shift)
  
• Assembly of doors, drawers, and shower screens
  
• Use of hand and power tools
  
• Manual handling and production support
  
• Working within a fast-paced factory environment
  

About you

• Previous experience in factory, manufacturing, or assembly work preferred
  
• Confident using hand and power tools
  
• Experience operating forklift & holds valid forklift license
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
  
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  
• Available to start immediately
