This is a full-time role based in our busy retail/trade store in Hemmant. You’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers find the right gear, offering expert advice, and ensuring every visit is a great experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service to every customer

* Assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and checkout

* Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing

* Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability

* Accurately handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

* Supporting store operations and contributing to a positive, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in retail or customer service (workwear or trade retail a bonus)

* A natural communicator who enjoys helping people

* High attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure

* A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
