I'm currently recruiting for a Civil Estimator / Project Engineer to join a long-standing civil contractor based in Caboolture. This is a business with over 50 years' experience delivering high-quality projects across SEQ, with a strong focus on subdivisions valued between $500k-$10M.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, long-term stability, and the backing of a supportive senior management team.

What they are looking for:

• Ideally degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Strong experience across civil construction, with hands-on subdivision project background
• Experience in tendering and estimating civil projects
• Skilled in procurement, coordination, QA, and stakeholder management
• Able to liaise confidently with subcontractors and consulting engineers

You'll be based out of the Caboolture office but will have flexibility to manage your own movements between office and site. You'll work closely with senior project managers and engineers, gaining full exposure across the lifecycle of civil projects - from tendering through to delivery and closeout.
