Group Treasury Manager – Risk & Reporting

This newly created role is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to work across a global platform, partnering with local and offshore teams, and making a real impact in a business scaling at hyper speed.

Whilst this is a 6-month contract, there is a strong chance of this contract extending or potentially becoming permanent, great opportunity to get your foot in the door at an enviable place to work!

The Opportunity

As Group Treasury Manager, you will:

• Develop and refine best-in-class treasury frameworks, policies, and governance.
• Lead and contribute to group-wide treasury initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage treasury risk across interest rates, FX, commodities, and intercompany positions.
• Deliver clear, accurate financial reporting for boards, investors, and auditors.
• Oversee compliance, process improvement, and transaction processing.
• Build strong relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead a growing middle-office function, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term projects.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially minded treasury professional with:

• 10+ years’ corporate treasury experience, ideally across multinational, multi-currency environments.
• Strong risk management and reporting expertise, with a track record of implementing scalable treasury processes.
• Experience in data centres, technology, REITs, or development finance (desirable).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high standards of accuracy and integrity.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to drive improvement.
