About the Role

You’ll be at the helm of a busy, creative bistro kitchen with the freedom to craft, develop, and innovate the menu. You’ll lead a passionate team, maintain the highest standards, and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is unforgettable. With a 5-day operation, this role is perfect for a leader who wants impact without the burnout.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a bistro or similar high-volume kitchen
• A creative visionary with a love for menu development, plating, and flavour experimentation
• Strong leadership skills – someone who inspires, motivates, and develops their team
• Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• A genuine passion for food, people, and hospitality

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the menu – develop, tweak, and innovate dishes
• Lead, manage, and mentor your kitchen team
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently and ensure smooth service every day
• Work closely with management to meet KPIs, budget targets, and operational goals
