The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff

Develop seasonal menus and specials

Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Work collaboratively with management to enhance the club’s food offering

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Creative flair with a passion for fresh, quality ingredients

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and menu planning

Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety
