Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the centre

Lead curriculum development aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Manage staffing, compliance, policy development, and budget oversight

Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community

Ensure the highest standards of child safety, wellbeing, and inclusion

About You:
You are an experienced Early Childhood leader with:

A degree in Early Childhood (recognised by ACECQA)

Experience within a community pre-school setting

Proven success in leadership within an early childhood service

Strong skills in staff management, compliance, curriculum, and community engagement

A passion for fostering learning, wellbeing, and inclusion for every child
