Salary: $180,000 + super

The Opportunity
A growing, dynamic FMCG/manufacturing business based in Perth is seeking a hands-on, commercially astute Financial Controller to join the leadership team. This role will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee day-to-day financial management, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial management including reporting, compliance, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Oversee month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Partner with operations, production, and sales teams to optimise business performance.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.
• Implement process improvements and system efficiencies to support growth.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role.
• Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, or production environments highly regarded.
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge combined with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage detail while contributing strategically.
