About the Role:

Are you passionate about providing solace and support to grieving families? Do you excel in administration duties, handle sensitive situations with empathy and thrive in a small team environment? We invite you to join our team as a Customer Care team at our Rookwood Cemetery site, located near Lidcombe NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the coordination of services and products offered to customers.
• Handling payments and appointment bookings.
• Following up documentation and details with stakeholders and families.
• Managing and escalating customer concerns with empathy and resilience.
• Liaising and supporting families of the bereaved regarding memorial arrangements, products, locating loved ones and service offerings.
• Providing exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
• Addressing general inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Reception and administration duties as requested.

About You:

• Experience in reception and administration support roles would be an advantage
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the cemetery sector advantageous
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
