The Role

We need experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants with complex behaviours and mental health needs in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings across North & South Adelaide.

Duties include:

Daily living assistance (including personal care)

Supporting individual care plans

Encouraging social participation and independence

Flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights)

What You’ll Need:

NDIS Worker Check, Orientation Module & Working with Children Check

First Aid & CPR Certificates

Medication & Manual Handling Certificates

Current Police Check

Australian Driver’s Licence

Infection Control & Hand Hygiene Certificates

Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related field

Friendly, approachable, and presentable manner when working with clients and families
