Planet Potential is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly, dedicated team, primarily supporting adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum through their NDIS plans.

An NDIS Registered Provider, we’re a family-run business in Geelong with years of experience in mental health, disability support, and coaching. We walk alongside our clients to help them shine their light and reach their potential.

About the Role
You’ll work primarily with our NDIS clients on the autism spectrum, supporting them with community engagement and recreational activities, and may also work with other clients who have psychosocial or physical disabilities. You will help clients build independence, confidence, and daily living skills. Shifts are varied, but weekday availability outside school hours (before 9am, after 5pm) is essential.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, or equivalent

Experience supporting NDIS clients, especially those on the autism spectrum

Empathy, reliability, and a person-centred approach

Current First Aid & CPR, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening

Driver’s licence and reliable car
