In this role you will be responsible for providing high level, confidential and efficient administrative services to our Director Services. You will provide proactive diary management, coordination of meetings and travel arrangements, accurate preparation of documentation, including briefings and agendas and high level internal and external stakeholder correspondence and engagement.
You will also undertake research, and prepare papers for Executives, draft briefings and correspondence to final standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be trusted support to our Executive, and make a genuine impact on our Services Directorate, and by extension to the Lifetime Support Scheme Participants who are at the centre of everything we do.

The experience we are looking for…
To be successful in our position you will have:
Significant experience in providing confidential executive support to senior executives.
High-level written, verbal and interpersonal skills which result in effective and appropriate communication with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders from diverse professional and social backgrounds.
Ability to assess changing work situations and to recommend procedural and/or administrative changes to meet new needs.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

Position Conditions: Full-time, Fixed-term Opportunity until June 2026. Requests for Part-time will be considered.
Remuneration: ASO4 ($76,561 - $ 80,256) + Superannuation.
Special Conditions: Appointment will be subject to the provision of a valid Working with Children Check and a satisfactory Criminal History Check that is no more than six months old.

About Lifetime Support Authority
The Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) provides care, treatment and support for people who have sustained very serious lifelong injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in South Australia.
We take a person-centred approach, so that participants have control to make their own choices about their care, treatment and support that best benefit them and their families.
Our team of highly skilled Service Planners and allied health professionals work closely with participants to ensure they live the best life possible.
We administer the LSS in accordance with Part 2 of the Motor Vehicle Accidents (Lifetime Support Scheme) Act 2013.
