Senior Change Manager
- $148,113 per annum + 12% superannuation
- Full time, 12 month fixed term opportunity
- Wadawurrung / Geelong based role (hybrid - 3 days a week in office)
About the opportunity
Working within Strategic Delivery and the Enterprise Delivery division, this role is primarily responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies for a fast-paced transformation program.
Utilising stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, this role supports the design and delivery of strategic change deliverables including change plans, activation models, and business led approaches to embed change across internal and external user groups.
Key accountabilities:
- Contribute to and lead the change delivery of a large transformation program across internal and external user groups while monitoring and managing impact and adoption.
- Lead Change Impact Assessments with a range of stakeholders to inform the development of change strategies and planning.
- Lead and develop change activities such as case for change, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communications plan, business readiness assessment, training plan, transition plan, and change effectiveness measurement.
- Partner with training and communication teams to identify fit for purpose change interventions and opportunities for growth to ensure business change readiness.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and analyse receptiveness to change.

About you
You are an experienced Senior Change Manager who enjoys delivering high level support to large teams. Your verbal communication is excellent, and you have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport with others. Furthermore, you will also possess:
- Experience working within a large and complex organisation (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical change experience in complex and dynamic transformation programs
- Demonstrated confidence in managing and collaborating with senior stakeholders to a high standard.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and managing competing priorities and reaching deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary Qualification or experience in a relevant field (preferred)
- Prosci certification (preferred)
