SustainHealth is currently seeking four passionate and experienced Registered Midwives to join a supportive and well-regarded maternity services team in Sydney.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for midwives who are seeking stability, growth, and a collaborative environment, working within a facility known for delivering exceptional, patient-centred maternity care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care for women and their families across the maternity journey
• Work predominately in the Birth Suite, with flexibility to support Postnatal as required
• Demonstrate strong clinical competency and commitment to best practice standards
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support education, mentoring, and teamwork within the unit

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Midwife
• Delivery Suite competent
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience in midwifery (all levels of experience encouraged to apply)
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills
