We are currently seeking AHPRA - Registered Nurses to join our Aged care clients across Sydney. These roles offer the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians while working with supportive teams.

About the Role

Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to aged care residents

Lead and support care teams, offering supervision, coaching, and guidance

Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace

What You’ll Need

Current AHPRA registration (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent)

Strong clinical knowledge of Age-related health issues

Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coach, mentor, and resolve conflicts effectively

Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
