Elite Netting is a highly regarded and growing construction company that design, supply and install quality permanent netting systems over horticultural crops or environment sensitive assets.

We are currently expanding our core groups based in Mildura and the Mallee VIC, and are searching for applicants who are living in the region or willing to travel to and from on DIDO basis.

These projects are set to continue for at least 3-5 years into the future, with many career opportunities available.

Full time - work shifts of 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Job security - This is a new and growing industry with a secure pipeline of projects to be built.

There are several positions available, duties will include:

Running a small project (0-20Ha) or sections of a large projects (20ha+).

Problem solving and planning team movements.

Running core tasks for your team (e.g. net setting, cable tensioning).

Monitoring and Managing teams KPI’s.

Supervising up to 8 team members.

Submit receipts and approve invoices for payment on a weekly basis.

Management of crew timesheets.

To be eligible you must have the following skills / experience:

Two years’ work experience with mobile plant and equipment including significant experience in operating EWPs.

Knowledge of Australian OH&S requirements.

Strong attention to detail.

Take ownership of work with pride.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Problem solving skills.

Honest, trustworthy, reliable and capable.

Contribute value to the team and to its processes.

Resourceful and confident with applying skills and knowledge.
