About the role

Premier Concrete Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Concreters for full-time roles for both SLABBIES and PAVERS in Hallam, VIC. You will have the opportunity to work as a crew leader or crew member, responsible for delivering high-quality concrete slabs or pathways and paving. This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of a team to complete concrete projects to tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing

Preparing site

Prep & finishing concrete slabs, pathways and paving to specifications

Smoothing and levelling concrete surfaces using trowels and other tools

Operating / working with our concrete pumps, vibrators and other equipment as required

Monitoring the curing process and implementing protective measures

Dismantling and clearing the site once the work is complete

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Concreter is a must, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform physically demanding work

Ability to work safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find the best solutions

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
