About the role

Work under a team of experienced property managers and take control of the leasing process from start to finish. This role will see you learn the ropes of real estate so you can progress to run your own portfolio.

  • Carry out mid-week and Saturday open homes
  • Prepare and upload properties online
  • Respond to leasing enquiries and handle applications
  • Conduct ingoing inspections
  • Coordinate start of tenancy documents and keys

Experience required

  • Leasing or a strong customer service background
  • A valid drivers license and reliable car
  • A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Confident communication skills
  • Highly organised and customer service focused

Benefits

  • $60,000 - $70,000
  • Bonuses on leased properties
