The Role

The Legal Secretary role sits within the Commercial/Corporate team and involves providing a high level of secretarial support to two down to earth Partners and their team. This dynamic and fast-paced team are a close knit and social group.

Duties

Drafting letters and documents

Liaising with clients

Diary management

Organising travel arrangements

Opening and closing files

Preparing monthly bills

Various administrative tasks

To be considered

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary. You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced team and providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise will be key to your success in this role.
