About the role

This full-time HR Admin role at a leading automotive parts wholesaler presents an exciting opportunity to join and grow your career in human resources. Based in Sydney, NSW, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support and coordinating a range of HR functions.

What you'll be doing

Administer HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and maintaining employee records

Assist with the coordination of HR initiatives, including training, performance management, and employee engagement programs

Provide generalist HR advice and support on a range of topics, including employment law, HR policies, and employee relations

Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR coordinator role

Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide high-quality service to clients

Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices

Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
