As a leader in the commercial HVAC industry, we are expanding our team and looking for a HVAC Site Supervisor. This will involve coordinating, supervising & delivering HVAC install and service solutions across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.

Paying $55/h + Super + Company Car + Overtime

What You'll Do:

Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance

Mentor & support apprentices, tradespeople and subcontractors

Repair, install and maintain HVAC systems with precision and care

Track progress, diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions

Communicate with the project manager, clients, builders, consultants & inspectors

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience in air conditioning systems (service & install)

A great attitude and previous experience in leadership

Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Full Australian Working Rights

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
