About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of Medical Services at Griffith Base Hospital of Murrumbidgee Local Health District. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, manage sensitive information with discretion and coordinate complex schedules and communications.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Director’s office; drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings and liaising with internal/external stakeholders. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement will be key to your success.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be a confident and capable administrative professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You bring:
- Proven experience supporting Senior Executives, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
- A collaborative mindset, aligned with NSW Health CORE values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment
- A current Class C driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the health service as required
