The QHSE Advisor supports the development and implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) systems to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and client requirements.

The role is responsible for maintaining QHSE policies and procedures, supporting continuous improvement, and providing technical and administrative support to the company,

What you’ll do

Assist with ensuring compliance with QHSE legislation, regulations, and company standards under the guidance of senior QHSE staff

Assist in the preparation and coordination of Management Review Meetings and bi-annual IMS reviews

Support internal audit processes by preparing documentation, tracking findings, and following up on corrective actions

Deliver QHSE inductions and toolbox talks to new and existing staff under supervision

Ensure accurate records are kept training, incidents, audits and inspections.

Support the implementation of safe work procedures and ensure they are accessible on-site

What we are looking for

1-3 years’ experience in a QHSE capacity

Strong administration and time management skills, organised, systems orientated

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

Microsoft office suite skills
