Our client, who is well established haulage and bulk transport company operating in the mining and agriculture sectors across the Pilbara, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support site operations driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with company's requirements.

Job details:

• 8:6 Roster dayshift only
• Pay rate: $130K - $150K + super (depending on experience)
• Location: Port Hedland
• Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:
This position will see you performing a wide variety of duties, with the focus on OHS compliance, processes, and injury management. You will be responsible for (however not limited to) the following duties:

• Development, implementation, and review of HSE documentation.
• Injury management and reporting.
• Conducting site-based inspections and audits.
• Consulting with supervisory personnel and employees on HSE issues.
• Maintaining risk identification processes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate IV in OH&S or equivalent (essential).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site-based advisory role within transport, mining or civil.
• Construction White Card.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• First Aid Certification.
• National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass a full medical & drug & alcohol test.
