We are urgently seeking passionate DSWs and RYWs to join our team and provide person-centred care to participants with complex needs.

Your Role:

Provide personal care, daily living support, and emotional companionship

Facilitate community access and participation

Support behavioural and safety needs (for youth programs)

Build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care

Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check

Valid Driver’s Licence

Comprehensive Car Insurance

CPR & First Aid Certificate

Preferred experience or qualification in disability support or youth/residential care
