We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a skilled fabrication team within a large, established manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be working closely with the crew to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

About you

Trade qualified boilermaker or sheet metal worker

Proven supervisor or leading hand experience within a production or workshop setting

Strong communication skills with the ability to drive performance and outcomes

Hands-on leader who can motivate, guide, and support a growing team
