The Position of a Production Manager is to organize and oversee the manufacturing of pallets, standards, customs and exports.

We expect you to have know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

We're seeking a production manager that is experienced in the pallet industry and is fluent in English and Samoan

The following duties are required to be performed in this role:

Planning, monitoring, and organising daily production workflow

Planning various details of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to costing and human resource

Leading a team of staff and managing their daily performance

Supervising manufacturing costs and productivity and making adjustments where necessary

Forklift operation

Operating pallet machinery and tools

Making changes and recommendations to manufacturing methods where possible

Managing and controlling various production activities simultaneously

Ensuring smooth process and quality products through the factory

Delivery of production on strict timelines

Being hands-on during manufacture

Quality control

Progress reporting and records keeping

Ensuring necessary stock levels are available for each production day

Managing the team and ensuring good working relationships
