We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ELC Bursar to join our dedicated team. This is a fixed-term, part-time role, ideally working five days a week (30 hours per week). The role will commence in November 2025 and finish in November 2026.

Edinburgh College Early Learning Centre provides co-educational Christian education from 2 and 5-year-old Early Learning through to Year 12. Edinburgh College ELC supports a holistic education that is based on a Christian ethos and focuses on a balanced approach to nurturing the mental, physical, social, and spiritual development of students.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of financial and administrative systems while providing high-quality reception services.

Requirements:

• Valid Victorian Working with Children Clearance
• Have 1-2 years of financial experience with previous experience in the early learning sector, preferably.
• Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft and Google suites, is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills -both verbal and written
