About the role

At Broadmeadows Early Learning Centre, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our committed team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the growth, development and learning of the children in our care. Offering part-time hours, this role is based in our Broadmeadows, VIC 3047 location.

What you'll be doing

Implementing engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development

Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can explore, discover and learn

Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences

Building positive relationships with children and their families, and communicating regularly with parents

Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies

Participating in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field

A person who priortises child safety and has a deep committment to drive a safe child culture within the service.

Experience working in an early learning environment, preferably in a similar role

A deep understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
