About the Park & Reserve
Set on stunning Gumbayniggirr Country, Reflections Coffs Harbour and nearby Boambee Creek Reserve showcase the best of coastal living and community connection.
Located next to the Pacific Highway, the transient park of Reflections Coffs Harbour is just minutes from the CBD, beaches, and iconic attractions. Coffs Harbour offers diverse accommodation from cabins to spacious campsites along with family-friendly facilities such as a camp kitchen, bush tucker garden, and dog-friendly areas.
Boambee Creek Reserve, only a short drive away, is a much-loved day-use haven, with calm tidal waters perfect for swimming and paddle boarding, shady picnic spots, and ongoing environmental care that protects this natural gem for the future.
With the Pacific Highway bypass underway and a growing calendar of local sporting and cultural events, the region is entering an exciting period of change creating new opportunities to showcase these destinations and deepen their role in the community.
The Role
This leadership role is your chance to guide this iconic destination through a time of growth and transformation. As Park Manager, you’ll lead an established team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, while embedding “The Reflections Way” to drive collaboration, efficiency, and pride across both sites.
You’ll be a visible leader in the community, strengthening partnerships with local groups, businesses, and event organisers, ensuring the park and reserve continue to be welcoming, sustainable, and connected to the region. With innovation andimprovement at the forefront, you’ll shape how these destinations adapt to change and position them for long-term success.

About You
You are a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression. You combine strong business acumen with a genuine passion for people, nature, and community, inspiring your team to deliver excellence every day.
You are confident leading through change, guiding an established team to embrace new ways of working while fostering a culture of pride, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Safety, operational excellence, and guest engagement are second nature to you, and you take pride in building relationships that create memorable experiences for every visitor.
You understand the importance of community and partnerships, and enjoy working with local businesses, sporting groups, and event organisers to strengthen connections and support shared goals. Innovative, solutions-focused, and forward-thinking, you are ready to make a lasting impact on the parks, your team, and the wider Coffs Coast community.
Essential requirements of this role:
- First aid certificate
- Current AUS Drivers Licence
- Experience in facility management and people management
- Experience in tourism or hospitality is desirable, but not essential.
