About the facility

Uniting Pacifica at scenic Nambucca Heads warmly welcomes you with round-the-clock support and peace of mind. This includes clinical and allied health services, full-time nursing care, and specialist dementia support.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Uniting , you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional person-centred care to our residents. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee clinical care within the household model
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, and advocate for residents’ needs
  • Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
  • Use your clinical judgment and decision-making skills to ensure best-practice care
  • Promote and maintain evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

  • Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional benefits plus parking)

Who we’re looking for

You are an empathetic and adaptable professional with a passion for person-centred care. You are a natural leader, strong communicator, and committed to excellence.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • Experience in aged care, community care, or the wider health sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively and embody Uniting’s values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
