About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical care within the household model
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, and advocate for residents’ needs
- Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
- Use your clinical judgment and decision-making skills to ensure best-practice care
- Promote and maintain evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

- Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional benefits plus parking)

Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration and nursing degree
- Experience in aged care, community care, or the wider health sector
- Ability to work collaboratively and embody Uniting’s values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
- Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
