About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents live with dignity, purpose, and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee clinical care within the household model
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, and advocate for residents’ needs
  • Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
  • Use your clinical judgment and decision-making skills to ensure best-practice care
  • Promote and maintain evidence-based nursing practice and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

  • Above-award pay rates (up to $51.15 p/h) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional benefits plus parking)

Essential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration and nursing degree
  • Experience in aged care, community care, or the wider health sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively and embody Uniting’s values: compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
