We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced individual to join Council's Water Reclamation team to provide expert wastewater treatment plant knowledge of construction, operations, and maintenance to troubleshoot and identify potential process improvements.
- Remuneration of $3,893.46 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,672.15 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

In this role, you will apply professional skills in accordance with experience and qualifications to undertake project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Lead, engage, mentor and develop the team ensuring effective personnel management in order to deliver operational works and achieve the best organisational and community outcomes.
- Apply professional skills in accordance with experience and qualifications.
- Undertake asset condition assessments of Council's sewerage infrastructure.
- Identify beneficial new or modified process unit opportunities.
- Integrate new assets into the Asset Register and Maintenance Management System.
- Develop new project concepts and briefs, scope of works, budgets, Request for Tender (RFT) documentation.
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (Wastewater).
- Certificate of Completion - Advanced Wastewater Treatment Operations (NSW Department of Planning, Industries and Environment).
- Class C Driver's Licence.
- General Construction Induction Training Card.
- Substantial experience, skills, and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, solid time management, planning and administration skills as well as strong communications skills.
