Your new role

The Youth Program Coordinator (Out of Home Care) is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of Carpentaria’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) program providing culturally residential and community-based services for young people aged 14–18 years under the Northern Territory Department of Children and Families (DCF) program.

The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Services, or related field (or working towards).
• Experience in youth services, child protection, or OoHC settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, therapeutic approaches, and safeguarding practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
