We’re looking for a friendly and driven Customer Service Advisor to join our high performing team at Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Ballina. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right tyres, wheels, and auto services – while being a part of a team who makes coming to work a great day.

You will be the friendly face that greets our customers, assists them to find the right tyres and auto solutions, and supports the workshop team with day-to-day sales and service. This is a hands-on retail role with variety – your time can be between helping customers at the counter and getting hands on in the workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing:

👋 Welcoming customers with a smile and helping them find the right solution for their tyre and mechanical needs
💻 Preparing quotes, invoices, and keeping sales transactions smooth and simple
🤝 Building trust and long-term relationships so customers keep coming back
🛍️ Keeping the showroom looking sharp with clean and tidy space for our customers to enjoy
🔧 Working as a team with workshop techs to keep jobs flowing like a well-oiled engine

What We’re Looking For:
