About the Role

As the Maintenance Services Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled team of tradespeople and TA's to deliver maintenance services with rigour, ensuring team engagement, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage schedules, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with company standards—all while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to meet customer and business goals.

Supervise and coach team members including tradespeople and TA's.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Create and maintain project documentation and set the team up for success.

Deputise for the Operations Manager during absences.

Drive team development through individual development plans and feedback.

Support proposals as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a team.

Trade qualification (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic).

Certificate III/IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent (Highly desirable).

Strong knowledge of fluids and air delivery systems.

Proven skills in maintenance scheduling, planning, and project management.

Passion for people, quality, and customer satisfaction.
