Provide essential hands-on support across Goodness Grown's greenhouse operations and packhouse activities. Assisting the Maintenance Manager in completing on-site daily maintenance tasks. A wide and diverse position from lawn mowing, gardening, site cleaning to machinery maintenance.

Role and Duties:

· Grounds maintenance including landscape irrigation and care, including mowing garden maintenance and weed control including spraying

· Supply of crop materials to glasshouses and support crop clean out tasks, where directed

· Perform routine greenhouse maintenance tasks including cleaning, sanitisation, and equipment care

· Maintain hygiene protocols and biosecurity measures throughout all activities

· Perform general labouring duties across the facility as required

· Assist with maintenance and housekeeping activities in production areas, offices, and grounds

· Support facility cleaning including equipment sanitisation, floor cleaning, and waste management

· Assist with material handling using hand trolleys, forklifts, tractors, mowers and other manual handling equipment

· Perform basic recording functions related to work activities and production data

· Support other team members across departments as required

Essential Requirements:

· No specific formal qualifications required (training will be provided)

· Current Forklift Licence (LF category), would be looked upon favourably, or willingness to obtain
