About the role

Austar is seeking a full-time Forklift Driver / Warehouse Hand to join our growing team in Epping, Victoria. This hands-on role is an integral part of our efficient warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods.

Hours are 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri

What you'll be doing

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move and store goods and materials in the warehouse

Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain high levels of housekeeping and safety in the warehouse

Assist with stock takes and stock rotation

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Follow all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Forklift license (LF) and prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as unsupervised

Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Must have strong communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
