About the role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Compliance Analyst/Officer to join our team. Our goal is to become the best and most compliant real estate office in Victoria. You will work closely with all our team throughout all the levels and stay in sync with all regulatory changes through Government and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage, review, and maintain compliance checklists documentation and update systems and manuals as required.

· Manage the development and implementation of compliance standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.

· Ensure IT security, and IT Service Continuity controls are appropriately implemented

· Liaise with the office’s external compliance partners, policy, and compliance teams to review documentation and/or support informed decision-making

· Manage the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal and applicable laws and regulations

· Work as part of a team to monitor the environment for compliance issues and implementing appropriate measures

· This is a part time role and would suit school hours.
