Employment type: Part-time (20 hours per week, across agreed days Mon-Fri)

Salary: $30 — $35 per hour (plus 12% superannuation)

About Us

We are a warm and welcoming family based in Perth's Western Suburbs, seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper for a long-term position. This role is based in a private household and requires a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and upkeep of all rooms and household surfaces

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing

Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms

Laundry management, ironing, and wardrobe care

Organising pantries, cupboards, and storage spaces

Changing bed linens and maintaining tidy bedrooms

Assisting with entertaining (e.g. setting up for small gatherings)

Liaising with tradespeople and household service providers when required

Caring for pets, including feeding, cleaning, and occasional walking

Experience with caring for both dogs and cats is essential

Ideal Candidate

Prior experience in professional housekeeping (private homes, hotels, or similar)

Minimum of 1 year professional housekeeping experience required

Reliable, trustworthy, discreet, and highly organised

Current police check required for this position

Strong attention to detail with initiative to work independently

Presentable and professional in appearance

Comfortable with pets and flexible to adapt to household needs

Seeking a long-term and stable role

Australian work rights required for this position

Must be available to work specific agreed days of the week

Flexibility to work on various weekdays as agreed with the family is required

Current drivers licence and own car
