The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require a Quantity Surveyor who is driven to develop their expertise in these areas.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute on a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion.

DUTIES.

• Manage clients and other stakeholders
• Responsible for variations and progress claims
• Conduct Contracts Administration services
• Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/pre-tender estimates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying)
• Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Quantity Surveying
• Exposure to Residential, Commercial, Education and Health projects is benefical
