Role Summary

Own the UI for multiple Cybertify websites from brief to release. You will define the visual system, produce production-ready Figma, and drive quality through to build. You will deliver interfaces that are fast, accessible, SEO aware and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI for multiple marketing sites, microsites and campaign pages from discovery, wireframes and high-fidelity design through to QA.

Build a scalable design system in Figma with components, variables, tokens, grids and responsive rules.

Design page templates for services, landing pages, resources, gated assets, events and booking flows.

Specify interaction patterns and tasteful micro-interactions. Provide clear motion notes where relevant.

Ensure accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, mobile-first responsiveness and excellent Core Web Vitals.

Optimise for readability, content hierarchy and conversion across desktop, tablet and mobile.

Prepare developer-ready assets and documentation. Provide redlines, behaviours and edge-case states.

QA implemented builds against designs. Log variances and drive fixes before release.

Set performance and design quality guardrails.

Maintain a pattern library that speeds delivery across new sites, campaigns and iterations.

Required Experience

5+ years in professional UI design for corporate or high-growth marketing websites with measurable conversion outcomes.

End-to-end ownership of complete websites, not just individual screens.

Expert Figma skills including components, variants, variables, prototyping and auto-layout.

Strong understanding of HTML and CSS constraints, responsive behaviour and grid systems.

Proven delivery of fast, accessible and SEO-aware UI with strong Core Web Vitals results.

Clear written documentation and developer handover discipline.

Desirable Experience

Designing UI that hands over cleanly for WordPress.

Familiarity with HubSpot forms, CRM tracking, Google Tag Manager and analytics events.

Motion design literacy using Lottie or CSS animations.

Background designing for professional services or cybersecurity.

Portfolio Rules — Read Carefully

Applications that do not meet these rules will not be considered:

Attach a portfolio of 3 to 5 live websites that you personally designed end to end. No team composites.

For each case study include: live URL, your role, problem statement, key UI decisions, mobile views, before-and-after if available and outcomes.

Include Figma links or detailed captures that show components, variables, responsive states and annotations.

State clearly where a developer or copywriter contributed. The UI must be your own work.
