What is Tax Depreciation for Investment Properties?

When a property is built or renovated, over time, its structure and the assets contained within it wear out – they depreciate in value. The Australian Tax Office (ATO) allows owners of rental properties to claim this depreciation as a tax deduction. This is where BMT comes in – we provide industry-leading depreciation reports for our investors to use at tax time.

As our Digital Designer, you will bring ideas to life across digital channels - from emails and landing pages to social media, digital ads, and short-form video. You will also add your creative touch to print projects when needed.

Your work won’t just look great, it will help connect with audiences, strengthen our brand, and support real business outcomes. Working closely with our marketers, UX specialists, and developers, you will have the chance to experiment, innovate, and create designs that make a genuine impact.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you’re a creative thinker with an eye for detail. You’re confident across digital and print, fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and curious about new ways to bring stories to life.

You balance creativity with precision, ensuring everything you produce is on-brand, polished, and impactful.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and branding.

Can design responsive assets across digital and print.

Knows their way around Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (bonus points for HTML/CSS and motion graphics).

Is collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented.

Has 5+ years’ professional experience in digital design (UI design experience is a plus).

Holds qualifications in Graphic Design (or equivalent).
