We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator / Supervisor to join our small but busy operation in Dandenong South. You’ll be working closely with one other team member in a close-knit environment, so reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts

Confidently move large, high-value items up to 8 metres in length

General warehouse operations including loading/unloading, stock handling, and dispatch

Use of RF scanners for stock control (experience preferred)

Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment

Basic supervisory responsibilities, supporting day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Current forklift licence with counterbalance and high reach experience

Strong track record moving oversized and high-value freight

RF scanning experience (preferred)

CargoWise experience (preferred)

Must have own reliable transport

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
