We are seeking a motivated professional to join our 3-member Accounts Department. The successful applicant must be proficient with minimum 5-years in the following:
Permanent residency status is required for this position.
Proficiency in major accounting software is essential.
Experience processing , reconciling monthly Accounts Payable
Confirming Correct Sub Contractor fortnightly payments.
Liaise, prepare & provide financials to our extern Accounting Firm.
Provide end of Month department Managers reports
Senior Bookkeeping & Accounts Experience.
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification is required.
Bank/Account Reconciliation.
Hands-on assisting 2 x other Department Team members.
Prepare Quarterly bass
Manage company general administration - operational requirements.
MOURITZ Air Conditioning & Solar is a leading 47-year award-winning family business located in Willetton with two other Perth locations. We provide Air Conditioning & Solar PV Sales, Installation, and Service-Repairs to homeowners from our two Perth Metro area locations.
