Have you ever built your own home lab filled with virtual machines and firewalls just to experiment?
Do you tweak every setting possible to optimise performance—because “default” just isn’t good enough?
Are you the go-to person for fixing tech issues—whether it’s at home, at work, or even at family gatherings?

These will be your first battles
As the Level 2 Help Desk Technician, you will deliver outstanding service to our clients with offices across Australia through onsite, email and telephone support. The role requires you to have strong command of the English language and no Chewbacca Wookiee growls.
Some of the cool things you will start off by doing with us:
Resolve Help Desk tickets with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
Diagnose and resolve desktop, printer and network problems
Administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other cloud services
Liaising with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
Provide onsite support and training to end users as needed
Escalate issues to your team leader and action calls according to agreed SLAs
You will also work on interesting projects, learn new cloud technologies and be provided with on-going training from the best Jedi Masters in the trade.

Experience and skills required:
2+ years in a similar role
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Familiar with common backup solutions
Endpoint Management – configuring devices with Intune and applying cybersecurity best practices
Windows OS support & troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019-2022)
M365 Administration – managing users, licenses, security, and troubleshooting (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Networking & Remote Support – troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPNs, and remote access tools
Experience with RMM & PSA tools - ConnectWise is highly regarded
Microsoft Security Certification highly regarded
Selection Criteria:
It is absolutely crucial that you are ambitious, confident and have a passion for achievement.
Must hold a valid Victorian Driver's license and own a car
Must have full, unrestricted working rights
Applicants without at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role will not be considered.
