About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 IT Service Desk Technician to join our MSP team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT support. You’ll be one of the first point of contact for clients, providing remote assistance and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
Log and manage service tickets in the helpdesk system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support as needed.
Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to documentation.
Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users (e.g., account setup, device provisioning).
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
